Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga involves a set of physical postures and breathing techniques practiced with steady postures, compared to other conventional Yoga types. Hatha Yoga sessions move you to stretch, unwind, and release stress while making you feel relaxed and focused.

It’s about the correct breathing practice with the proper posture. It channels your inner positive energy to help you attain the force required to feel the difference in your self-consciousness. Apart from hand gestures, Hatha Yoga can include recitations and visualizations.

Hatha Yoga offers numerous benefits. It helps you eliminate anxiety, depression, back and neck pain, and multiple sclerosis. It also helps women manage menopausal symptoms.

The Hatha Yoga class ends with participants holding their hands together just like we do for prayer over the heart, bowing and saying Namaste to each other.

🌸 My Journey Om Bless Yoga

I’m Neha Jariwala, an internationally certified yoga teacher. In my life, yoga was the game changer that helped me to articulate and actualise my life.

I have completed multiple teacher training programmes and received an ‘Acharya’ degree from the International Sivananda Vedanta Centres, Kerala, India. I am also a sound healer and have completed my chakra healing course in Nepal (Asia). I am the mother of two beautiful kids and nurturing them in a healthy way.

Yoga taught me to live a healthy, content, peaceful life. It's a joyful investment in your body, mind and spirit.

I started yoga at a point where I was obese, depressed and my habits were unhealthy and yoga made me realised that. It's been more than ten years that I have been practicing and it has transformed me a better happier, healthier and fit person. The same way my motto is to share my knowledge in yoga with this world for physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

I believe with consistent practice, students can learn to live with more presence, patience, gratitude, and courage.

Apart from yoga, I like to bake, dance, and garden because it keeps me calm and relaxed, gardening is a fun and relaxing way to get in touch with nature and how good it feels to keep something healthy and alive.

I also love to play with my kids.

MY VISION: to share the essence of yoga with humanity.
