I am an internationally certified yoga teacher specializing in online and offline yoga. In my life, yoga has been the game changer that helped me articulate and actualize my dreams. I have completed multiple teacher training programs and earned the 'ACHARYA' degree from the international Sivananda Vedanta centres in Kerala, India. As a mother of two beautiful kids, I am nurturing them in a healthy way, inspired by the principles of yoga. Yoga taught me how to live a healthy, content, and peaceful life; it is truly a joyful investment in your body, mind, and spirit. I started my journey into yoga at a point where I was obese, depressed, and struggling with unhealthy habits, and yoga made me realize the importance of self-care. After more than fourteen years of practice, I have transformed into a happier, healthier, and fitter person. My mission is to share my knowledge of yoga, including sound healing yoga, with the world to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. I believe that with consistent practice in my yoga classes, students can learn to live with more presence, patience, gratitude, and courage. Apart from yoga, I enjoy baking, dancing, and gardening as these activities keep me calm and relaxed. Gardening is a fun and soothing way to connect with nature, and it feels wonderful to nurture something healthy and alive. I also love to play with my kids. My vision is to share the essence of yoga through my yoga studio with humanity, helping others discover the transformative power of a dedicated yoga practice.
