    About Om Bless Yoga

    NEHA JARIWALA

    I am an internationally certified yoga teacher specializing in online and offline yoga. In my life, yoga has been the game changer that helped me articulate and actualize my dreams. I have completed multiple teacher training programs and earned the 'ACHARYA' degree from the international Sivananda Vedanta centres in Kerala, India. As a mother of two beautiful kids, I am nurturing them in a healthy way, inspired by the principles of yoga. Yoga taught me how to live a healthy, content, and peaceful life; it is truly a joyful investment in your body, mind, and spirit. I started my journey into yoga at a point where I was obese, depressed, and struggling with unhealthy habits, and yoga made me realize the importance of self-care. After more than fourteen years of practice, I have transformed into a happier, healthier, and fitter person. My mission is to share my knowledge of yoga, including sound healing yoga, with the world to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. I believe that with consistent practice in my yoga classes, students can learn to live with more presence, patience, gratitude, and courage. Apart from yoga, I enjoy baking, dancing, and gardening as these activities keep me calm and relaxed. Gardening is a fun and soothing way to connect with nature, and it feels wonderful to nurture something healthy and alive. I also love to play with my kids. My vision is to share the essence of yoga through my yoga studio with humanity, helping others discover the transformative power of a dedicated yoga practice.

    Om bless yoga mission is to spread the teaching of classical Hatha Yoga of mind control.

    This class is based on the 5 points or principles of yoga

    1. Asana-proper exercise
    2. Pranayama-proper breathing
    3. Savasana-proper relaxation
    4. Satvic diet-properdiet
    5. Vedanta and Dhayana-positive thinking and meditation

    It is the practice to promote physical, mental and spiritual well being.

    This class is perfect for self care and relaxation.

    Learn and develop a daily practice and explore movement on the mat.

    WORKSHOPS

    If you attend yoga classes regularly and have established home practice you may want to consider

    attending a workshop at 'om bless yoga 'can help you step things up a notch by offering

    tools and experiences beyond those usually included in typical hour long class .our line

    Stream or in person workshops and series can last upto one hour to ninety minutes to a few-hours Highlighting a single technique topic or encompassing severaL.

    COURSES/CLASSES-PHYSICAL/ONLINE • BASIC/BEGINNER BATCH This class is the starting point for learning power moves. In this class, you’ll build confidence, strength, and endurance in all the basic postures. you will build confidence, strength and endurance in all the basic postures. You will learn sun salutation, standing poses, hip openers, forward bends and twists. Student will also begin to learn preps for more advanced postures such as inversions, backbends and arm balances.Guidance on pranayama and meditation. INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED BATCH- A faster paced and much more challenging class specifically designed for experienced yogi who has had a full year of solid practice and has full command of the alignment principles.the classs includes all type of inversions, arm balances and back bends along with advanced pranayama and meditation .

    PERSONAL CLASSES-ONLINE/OFFLINE • PERSONAL TRAINING-One to one training planned according to individual requirement.pre registration is required. • PRENATAL CLASS-This class is to help you prepare for your upcoming delivery. In this class you will do breath work and poses that aid in comforting your every changing body. . RESTORATIVE YOGA-It is a deeply relaxing style of yoga practice.During this class, you are held in poses while being completely supported with blankets, blocks or bolsters which help achieve the desired benefit.it aids in opening up the pranic energy flowing ones body.

    SENIOR AND GENTLE YOGA -This class helps relieve stiff joints that can become rigid with age and builds a strong core for prevention of back injury with additional focus on safety and fall prevention it increases flexibility ,balance and strength while dealing with chronic issues. CHAIR YOGA -Offers safe and enjoyable yoga and exercise programme for all ages that need help or want to have fun while improving strength ,flexibility,balance and awareness,health and well being.this is a great class to start with after an injury or surgery ,where exercise with very little pressure onto knees or wrists. CORPORATE YOGA-Yoga programme in organisation will help to improve the health and productivity of employees, leading to less absenteeism and enthusiasm at work.It also helps building teams, bonding and harmony among coworkers

    KIDS YOGA -At this studio, you will find kids yoga classes for children from 5to 11years old, And teen yoga classes for 12-18 years old. -It incorporates stories, games and other creative and physical activities to make class as engaging as possible. Teen yoga classes -focus on helping teens improve their mental health and stress management as well as physical strength and flexibility that can be used in a variety sport or activities they involved in.
